Shipping costs are charged to the customer for orders of less than € 40.00 and are shown separately in the order form.

The times indicated (relating to working days – from Monday to Friday) are understood as from the day of shipment, which may not coincide with that of receipt of the order. Normally the parcels are shipped within 2 working days after the order, but there could be delays due to force majeure: you will still be notified by e-mail when the product starts. J & V 1965 s.r.l. make shipments from Monday to Thursday, but not on Fridays to avoid useless stops of your orders in the courier’s warehouses.
Packages returned and reshipments
In the event that, for reasons beyond J & V 1965 s.r.l. (absent recipient, wrong shipping address indicated during the purchase phase …), the order returned to the sender and the customer wanted to receive it again, J & V 1965 s.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer the transport costs related to the return to the sender and the new shipment. Also, in cases where the shipment is in storage and the customer is solicited – directly by J & V 1965 s.r.l. or by the courier itself – to make contacts for a new delivery (to the telephone number of the area office – the cost of the call follows the rates of the local calls) and within two days does not contact the courier, will be J & V 1965 s.r.l. request the return to the sender of the package, reserving the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
Recall that, as soon as the order is delivered to the courier, two e-mails are sent to the recipient (one from J & V 1965 srl, the other directly from the courier BRT) with the waybill number and the address where to follow the tracking, in order to give it the possibility, in case of problems (absent address, wrong address …), to contact the BRT courier directly and to resolve the situation easily (remember that the goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient).
The Customer is required to check, at the time of delivery of the Products by the Courier:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note;
- that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified in writing on the delivery note of the Courier. Once the Courier’s document has been signed without the Client having raised any exceptions, the Customer can not make any objection about the external characteristics of the package delivered.
The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer: J & V 1965 s.r.l. will therefore not be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by transport. In the event of a refusal to collect the parcel, J & V 1965 s.r.l. in any case, it will ask the customer for the full amount of shipping costs and the additional cost incurred for the return to the sender of the package.
